Boasting plenty of innovative features, the Hobart HS7N-1R 13" automatic slicer ensures the superior performance and enhanced safety you expect! This unit has a burnished aluminum base and boasts a 13" CleanCut knife that is made from a wear-resistant stellite alloy that will stay sharper and last two to three times longer than carbon coated or stainless steel knives! Thanks to its 1/2 hp motor and ample product carriage with 4 speed, 3 stroke automatic operation, this unit can easily handle continuous slicing of meats and cheeses.


The carriage is easily operated by an ergonomic handle for easy use, and slices foods up to 12" wide or 7 1/2" in diameter to create slice thicknesses up to 1". A double action indexing cam allows precise, thick and thin slicing while the mounted borazon stone sharpener hones and sharpens in 5 seconds for efficient operation. It has a tilting, removable carriage system, removable meat grip arm, manual lift lever, and a removable ring guard cover for easy cleaning at the end of the day.

This slicer boasts plenty of safety features, including a zero-exposure knife design and a no volt release system that requires the slicer be restarted if the power fails. It also includes a home to start mechanism that prevents the machine from running when not in a start position, and an auto-off feature that turns the unit off after 30 seconds not in use. The close-to-stop feature turns off the slicer automatically when the gauge plate is closed, and the gauge plate interlock will prevent removal of the carriage arm unless the plate is closed and the machine is in home position. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
