IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure. You will work closely with end-users to resolve hardware and software issues, assist with installations, and ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems..

  • Provide end-user support for a variety of desktop, tablet, web applications.
  • Troubleshoot information technology-related issues for both hardware and software.
  • Coordinate the set-up of data services, as well as phone, computer, and printer installation.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related work experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are preferred.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, web applications, and computer hardware.

Financial Analyst

Appropriate Job Description:

Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. Improve financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

4 to 7 years of related experience.

Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments. Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.

Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. May conduct special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

  • Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
  • Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
  • Establishing and evaluating profit plans
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Providing financial models and forecasting
  • Responsible for the Borrowing Base Certificate requests to Bank loan officers
  • Assist outside auditors by gathering information and providing explanations related to their test selections
  • In charge of month and year end closing process
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of the month end close and validity of the amounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial report including Balance Sheet, Income Statements, and Cash Flow summary
  • Analyze financial information and options by developing spreadsheet reports.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and investigates differences noted between supporting detail and general ledger
  • Ensure intercompany transactions are recorded correctly and appropriately consolidated financial statements
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable department as needed
  • Prepare monthly revenue and Cost of goods analysis
  • Participate in financial strategic planning, prepare budget and forecasts, review of budgets vs. actual to ensure accuracy
  • Provide all supporting documentation and financial reports to a Third party to perform Inventory Appraisal
  • Help attorneys with legal research, investigations, records review, and gathering of financial documents for upcoming depositions
  • Create and executive case strategy and work with legal team to optimize the case
  • Manage and support cycle and physical inventory counts
  • Lead and develop all aspects of all planning, reporting, analysis, and variances for inventory and cost of goods sold at month end closing
  • Monitoring Inventory transactions

Important:

  • Ability to produce and comprehend complete financial reporting.
  • Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Multi-company consolidations.
  • Monthly Closing.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Excel.
  • Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros, VBA
  • Familiar working in NetSuite.
  • Bank Reporting familiarity, Field Audits.
  • The Bank loan officers request a borrow base certificates every month so some knowledge would be helpful although if all of the above are present it shouldn’t be an issue to create what they look for.

Administrative Sales Assistant

Location:

Netcong, New Jersey

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm;

 

We are currently seeking an on-site Administrative Sales Assistant for a full-time role to provide high-level support to our in-house and outside sales team members. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. Based in Netcong, New Jersey, this role may require occasional Saturday work, particularly around trade show times.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Follow up with customers as asked and relay pertinent information (from the Executive team, The Warehouse, Customers, etc.) to the sales team

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to all sales representatives, including creating, editing, and managing Word and Excel files

- Communicate and remind sales team members of upcoming meetings and appointments

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and files in Netsuite

- Assist with incoming and outgoing phone communications effectively and professionally

- Assist in the planning and preparations for trade shows and other events

 

Requirements:

 

- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel

- Proficient in Netsuite or equivalent

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Proven experience in being highly organized and detail-oriented

- Excellent ability to multitask

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and during busy periods

- Proactive and self-starting, forward thinker, self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
